HOT SHOTS: Top-end

The crew at Brad Jones Racing has done it again with a wickedly wild livery for the Supercars' indigenous round at Hidden Valley.

The difference this time is that it's for the Chevrolet Camaro of Jaxon Evans, not the sibling racer of Macauley Jones.

Evans was born on the Fijian island of Rotuma and so it becomes the first car to celebrate roots in Fiji.

The bold purple livery celebrates the work of artist Nakita Russell-Watling and her ‘Wings of the Ancestors’.

The livery focuses on the frigate bird, which is native to the Fiji islands, and includes a subtle Tefui motif, the garland unique to the island of Rotuma.
